The Pied Piper of Hamelin is a legendary figure from a tale set in 1284 in the town of Hamelin, Germany. The story describes how the town was plagued by a rat infestation, and a mysterious piper, dressed in colorful clothing, offered to rid the town of the rats in exchange for payment. After the townspeople refused to pay him, he used his magical pipe to lead the town’s children away as revenge.

Performances will run from Wednesday 18 February to Saturday 21 February 2026.

In the meantime, rehearsals are well underway and continue in the new year on Thursdays and Sundays in the Memorial Hall.

If you would like to get involved in any of the off-stage beaning around, please contact us by pipemail at bradwellcp@gmail.com or pick on a member of the Players.
