* Bradwell Parish Council does not routinely process personal data. However in the course of its duties it may handle personal data to deal with resident enquiries or for legal purposes, such as licenses or contract of sales. In addition it may hold limited personal data on employees, clients and suppliers. Any data held will only be used for the purpose for which it was given and will not be shared with others unless it is legal to do so.  The Council will ensure that any personal data that it handles will be treated in confidence and when that data  is no longer legally required it will dispose of it in a safe manner. The Council will work to the general principles laid down under data protection legislation, ensuring that necessary technical measures are in place  to keep any data it holds safe.
